How to effectively prevent the problem of stainless steel non-standard screws rusting

In daily life, stainless steel non-standard screws are a common fastener. During use, rust is a common phenomenon and a problem that bothers us. This will not only affect the aesthetics of stainless steel screws, but also affect the performance of stainless steel screws.

1. Therefore, in the process of using stainless steel non-standard screws, we must pay attention to the use points: organic juice (such as melon, noodles, sputum, etc.) is attached to the surface of the stainless steel screw. In the case of water and oxygen, organic acids are formed, and the corrosion of the organic acids on the metal surface is long.

2. In humid air, the adhesion of dust or foreign metal particles and the condensate of stainless steel screws form a micro-battery, which causes an electrochemical reaction and destroys the protective film, which is called electrochemical corrosion.

3. In contaminated air (such as an atmosphere containing a large amount of sulfides, carbon oxides, and nitrogen oxides), when it encounters condensed water, liquid points of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and acetic acid are formed, causing chemical corrosion.

4. The adhesion on the surface of stainless steel contains acid, alkali and salt substances (such as the splash of alkali water and lime water of the decorative wall), causing local corrosion.
